iHeir-A MA 简介
iHeir-MA 竹木防霉剂由于采用多种抗菌剂复配而成，它是一款新型高效竹木专用防霉剂，其具有
高含量、耐酸碱、抗流失、强渗透、高粘附、耐高湿、适应竹木范围广等优点。改变了以往市面上普通防霉剂耐酸不耐碱，遇到碱性竹木就容易分解失效的缺点。解决了传统单一成分竹木防霉剂只对酸性竹木中的木霉、曲霉有效，而对碱性竹木中的青霉和毛霉以及白腐菌就无能为力的缺点。对各种微生物具卓越之抗菌效果－。
iHeir-A MA 的主要用途
适用于木制品的防虫、防霉变。
顶盖材料(指屋顶板、屋顶柱料、木瓦板、木方)。
可广泛用于户外竹木屋、木地板、户外木栅栏、木制建筑、木制雕刻制品、木制工艺制品的
防护。
iHeir-A MA 的使用方法
1. 处理操作：
A.为保证竹木及其制品处理后的防霉防虫效果，用 iHeir-MA 药水浸渍应使竹木及其制品在浸
渍后增重 15%-20%（大约 5—10 分钟）。备注:浸泡液体按照 1：20 的配制(5Kg 竹木防霉剂 :
100Kg 水)。
B. 竹木及其制品全部浸入配好的药水中（勿露出水面），达到增重 15%-20%后，取出滴干药水，
风干或晒干后包装入库。
C.喷涂时按照 1:10 兑水，搅拌均匀直接在 竹木及其制品表面喷涂或用毛刷刷上一层，药剂
需要全方位覆盖竹木表面。
D.本产品制备的药水性质稳定，可反复使用，不必废弃。但药液不能浸没竹木制品时应及时添
加药液，补充药液按更高的比例配制。
E.表面涂喷光油（油漆）的 竹木及其制品，经以上处理后，在光油里添加 iHeir-YQ 油漆防
霉剂，效果更为显著。
2．包装及贮藏：25Kg/桶，防潮避光环境下，有效保存期 1 年。

1. 本产品为酸性，故不能与金属或碱性物质接触、混用.
2. 摇均匀后使用（有浮物在表面纯属正常现象） 。
3. 本产品无毒，固含量比较高，原液不排除部分人士有皮肤接触过敏现象，建议使用时配带
橡胶手套进行操作。

iHeir-MAWood antimold agent is a new type of high-efficiency wood mould inhibitor, which is composed of a variety of antibacterial agents. It has the advantages of high content, acid resistance,alkali resistance, anti loss, strong penetration, high adhesion, high humidity resistance and wide range of wood adaptability. It has changed the shortcoming of common antimold agent that only acid resistant. Besides, the common antimold agent is easy to decompose and fail when encountering alkaline wood. The traditional single component wood antimold agent is only effective to Trichoderma and Aspergillus in acidic wood, but no effect to the Penicillium, Mucor andWhite rot fungi in alkaline wood. However, iHeir-MAWood antimold agent has solved this problem.

iHeir-MA Use method
1. Processing operation:
A. In order to ensure the anti mildew and anti insect effect of treated wood and its products, the weight of wood and its products should be increased by 15% – 20% (about 5-10 minutes) after impregnation with iHeir-MA. Note: the soaking liquid should be prepared according to the ratio of 1:20 (5kg wood antimold agent: 100kg water).
B. The wood and its products should all immersed in the prepared liquid medicine (do not expose to the water surface). When the weight gain reaches 15% – 20%, take out and drop dry the liquid medicine, and then pack it into the warehouse after air dry or sun dry.
C. When spraying, mix water according to the ratio of 1:10, mix evenly and spray on the surface of wood and its products directly or brush a layer with a brush. The agent needs to cover the surface of wood in all directions.
D. The liquid medicine prepared by the product has stable properties, which can be used repeatedly and does not need to be discarded. However, when the liquid can not soak the wood products, it should be added in time. The supplementary liquid should be prepared with a higher proportion.
E. As for the wood and its pproducts with paint on the surface, iHeir-YQ paint antimold agent can be added to the paint after the above treatment. In that way, the effect will be more remarkable.
2. Packaging and storage

iHeir-MA Precautions
This product is acid, so it can not contact with metal or alkaline substances or mixed use.
Shaking evenly before use(It is normal that there is floating substance on the surface).
This product is non-toxic and has high solid content. It does not exclude that some people may have skin contact allergy when contact the original solution. Therefore, it is recommended to use rubber gloves for operation.
