1998年8月，时年20岁的翻箱团队工程师成为了一名出色的鞋匠，致力于鞋面修饰，处理各种问题，为如今的艾浩尔翻箱团队奠定了基础，如今在艾浩尔翻箱修复部门从事客户产品翻箱修复超过16年的历史，累计了非常丰富的修复经验，现在将艾浩尔翻箱团队发展成为一支专业的队伍。
2006年，艾浩尔翻箱工程师接到了一批工厂发霉的鞋子，是由于客户反复处理后，放回仓库一段时间后，验货时，发现短靴又再次长出新的霉菌来，客户告诉我们，他使用酒精清洁、紫外灯灭菌、阳光暴晒都试过了，实在没有办法，最后通过朋友介绍，与我们翻箱工程师取得联系，并且承诺处理后不会再发霉，客户马上就有信心了。当时我们翻箱工程师带领的团队还不是很完善，于是整个公司人员都参与鞋子清理霉菌和修复预防再发霉。后来，越来越多的客户让艾浩尔帮助解决问题，例如鞋面修复、补色、护理、外出除甲醛除异味等。这为艾浩尔翻箱团队工程师赢得了“ 产品修复大师”的称号。

In August 1998, a 20-year-old engineer of the box-opening team became an outstanding shoemaker, dedicated to upper decoration and handling various problems, laying the foundation for today’s iHeir box-opening team. Today, with a history of over 16 years in the iHeir box-opening and repair department handling customer product box-opening and repair, he has accumulated very rich repair experience, and is now developing the iHeir box-opening team into a professional team.
In 2006, iHeir box-opening engineers received a batch of moldy shoes from a factory. It was because after the customer repeatedly treated them and put them back in the warehouse for a period of time, during inspection, it was found that new mold had grown on the ankle boots again. The customer told us that he had tried cleaning with alcohol, UV lamp sterilization, and sun exposure, but really had no way out. Finally, through a friend’s introduction, he got in touch with our box-opening engineers, and promised that after treatment, it would not mold again, so the customer immediately gained confidence. At that time, the team led by our box-opening engineers was not yet very complete, so the entire company’s staff participated in cleaning the mold from the shoes and repairing them to prevent re-molding. Later, more and more customers asked iHeir to help solve problems, such as upper repair, color touch-up, care, and on-site formaldehyde and odor removal. This won the iHeir box-opening team engineers the title of “Product Repair Masters”.
Today, under the leadership of iHeir box-opening engineers (since 2006), millions of pairs of shoes, boots, belts, bags, and other products have been processed. These products are finely made and of good quality, but a problem occurred in some link among them, leading to the products being unable to be sold. For example, the products were affected by moisture during warehouse storage, or mold occurred because they were not pre-dried before packaging, so professional and standardized treatment must be carried out to ensure that they will not rebound again.
